JK Lip Lift

The JK Lip Lift is a procedure indicated for increasing and defining the upper lip or for correcting a low smile line, where the teeth are not visible at rest.
The procedure is performed in the subnasal line (just below the nose), where a small incision is made to remove a segment of skin, thus raising the upper lip. This procedure can be adjusted to different techniques, depending on the needs and characteristics of the patient. In some cases, the contour of the lower lip can also be treated to further harmonize the smile. The resulting scar is discreetly located below the nose, or on the contour line of the lip, so that, over time, it usually tends to become practically imperceptible.
Indications for Lip Lift JK
• Low smile line: When the teeth are not visible even when the person smiles.
• Desire to permanently increase the volume and definition of the upper or lower lip, without the use of temporary fillers.
• Improve the balance between the upper and lower lip.

Upper or Upper and Lower Lip Lift
The JK Lip Lift can be performed on the upper lip only or on both lips (upper and lower), depending on the patient's needs and desires.
Upper Lip: Ideal for those who simply want to lift their upper lip, especially in cases of a "low smile line" or when looking for more exposure of the teeth.
Upper and Lower Lip: This procedure may be especially recommended for those seeking a more complete increase in the upper and lower lips.
